Television star Mahhi Vij best known for her roles in lagi Tujhse Lagan and Balika Vadhu has been hospitalised due to severe viral infection. The actress who recently fell ill with high fever and weakness, she shared a very emotional health update from her hospital bed. Her Instagram post suddenly went viral, with fans and celebrity fans, pouring in love, prayers and recovery wishes for the beloved actress.
Mahhi was taken to the hospital after suffering from a high fever, chills, and exhaustion for past few days. Initial tests for dengue, malaria, and typhoid came back negative. Dr later diagnosed her with a strong viral infection, which was really shocking for her, and now she has to be bedridden. Sources close to her family confirm that she is getting proper medical attention and now is in stable condition.
She shared this health update with the fans directly from the hospital bed, Mahhi posted a heartfelt message on Instagram story. In the video, she appeared visibly weak, but tried to stay positive." I am feeling very low and sad that I can't make it to my shoot. It was my dream project and missing it breaks my heart," she told. Mahhi also thanked her fans for their endless prayers, writing, please keep me in your prayers.

According to the reports, Mahhi's health is slowly getting improved under medical surveillance. Her family and friends are standing along her to support her through the recovery process. She has been advised by the doctors to take complete rest and avoid any work commitment until she recovers properly.
