Second position: Nargis Fakhri (22.14% votes)
Nargis who entered Bollywood with 'Rock Star' instantly garnered attention for her sultry looks, especially her luscious lips which have a fan following of their own. Though many even criticised her for her pouty lips, the votes clearly speak otherwise. The actress, who is into organic food, loves to pamper her skin with natural products. She may not have come first but she lost out to Madhuri with a very slight margin.
Third position: Priyanka Chopra (16.32% votes)
Priyanka who allegedly had a lip job done to enhance the beauty of her lips is clearly popular. She easily surpassed the likes of Deepika, Katrina and Bipasha with a huge margin to stand at third position in the best lips category. Surgery or not, Priyanka has lips that pout and charm her fans and the votes swing in her favour a win-win situation for both!
