However, despite his worsening physical condition battling with cancer, the brave face King Charles III puts on during public engagements is commendable.

The monarch of the United Kingdom will be celebrating his 77th birthday on November 14, which will mark a new beginning for another year.

Ahead of King Charles' birthday celebrations, the royal family dropped an image of the UK monarch on November 12, which portrays him standing with a walking stick to support while walking. But what is more interesting about the image that has now been released on the internet conveys his fitness report, despite people speculating rumours about his deteriorating health condition.

King Charles is seen standing firm, radiant and strong with a walking stick in the image. The post, which was shared on the social media platform on Instagram on November 12, read a caption that emphasised his contribution to a remarkable restoration of the gardens at Sandringham.

The caption read, "Three years, His Majesty The King has overseen a remarkable restoration of the gardens at Sandringham reviving historic landscapes, reimagining formal parterres and creating new spaces of reflection and natural beauty for visitors to enjoy.

"From the newly designed Topiary Garden to the Acer Glade and Magnolia Walk, each corner reflects His Majesty's lifelong commitment to horticulture, heritage and sustainability."

Wishes Pour In For King Charles Ahead Of His Birthday

Commenting on the admirable physical condition of King Charles, a fan wrote, "Wonderful looking King! Charles looks like he's in his element!!" Another internet user wrote, "Extraordinary photo of a King in his country garden. God bless you."

Praising King Charles' for paving the way for natural gardening, another internet user wrote in the cption of the Instagram, "God Save The King. It's because of His Majesty that I've turned my garden into a natural garden. Allowing wild flowers and weeds as some people call them to grow. The amount of wildlife that I've seen has increased over the summer."

King Charles Prostate Cancer

King Charles was first diagnosed with a type of cancer after undergoing surgery for an enlarged prostate in February 2025. At the time of the announcement, the Buckingham Palace released a statement, that read, "During the King's recent hospital procedure for benign prostate enlargement, a separate issue of concern was noted. Subsequent diagnostic tests have identified a form of cancer. His Majesty has today commenced a schedule of regular treatments, during which time he has been advised by doctors to postpone public-facing duties.

"Throughout this period, His Majesty will continue to undertake State business and official paperwork as usual. The King is grateful to his medical team for their swift intervention, which was made possible thanks to his recent hospital procedure. He remains wholly positive about his treatment and looks forward to returning to full public duty as soon as possible."

Following the announcement made by the Palace, King Charles has been under public scrutiny for his deteriorating health condition.
