Vicky Kaushal Shares Rare Update About Katrina Kaif's Delivery ,Says'I Think I Will Not Leave The House'
Bollywood power couple Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif have welcomed a baby boy. Taking to Instagram, the couple posted a beautiful picture and wrote, 'Our bundle of joy has arrived.'
The adorable note which saw a teddy bear with a blue baby carriage, read, "Our bundle of joy has arrived. With immense love and gratitude, we welcome our baby boy. 7th November 2025. Katrina & Vicky."

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey that every woman embraces. However, it also comes with tons of complications which can often get triggered post-delivery. We reached out to experts, to understand what a woman must do after delivery to stay healthy and safe.
"To recover after delivery, prioritize rest by sleeping when the baby sleeps, and maintain a balanced diet with plenty of water, protein, iron, and fiber. Stay physically active with light exercises like walking, and perform pelvic floor exercises as you are able. Attend all follow-up doctor appointments and don't hesitate to call your doctor if you have any concerns or severe pain," said Dr Nimrat Kaur, Gynecologist, Apollo, Mumbai.
Apart from this, a woman should also follow proper diet that can help her body recover from the stress and strain that a delivery usually cause.
Note: Stay in close touch with your Gynecologist to understand the process better. Also, give your body and mind the required time to heal and recover.
