Kareena Kapoor is back with a bang in an item song. The 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' actress is also out with a song in 'Brothers' called 'Mera Naam Mary' and sure looks stunning. It's not just her moves but also her fabulously fit bod that will catch your attention. Kareena's body looks toned and muscular yet feminine. Kareena loves Indian cuisine and relishes it for most of her meals. She eats at least 5-6 small meals in a day which keep her energy levels high. She's not one of those who avoids carbs or eats only grilled foods. She loves rice, ghee, cheese, etc. and they are very much part of her meals but in a healthy manner. Her nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar has designed a plan for her which she religiously follows.
Though Kareena was a bit plump when she entered Bollywood, she was also size zero at one point. But now, she is perfectly healthy and sports a fit rather than a stick-thin body. Yoga has been instrumental in her weight loss and fitness. She particularly loves to practise surya namaskar.
