Justin Timberlake, also known as the prince of pop and one of the famous stars of the 21st century. He started his career as a musician in 2002 and has been seen in television series like The Mickey Mouse Club. He is a multitalented being, an American singer, songwriter, actor, producer, and dancer. He was also seen in movies like Friends with Benefits, In Time, Trolls and The Social Network.
Recently, he took an Instagram and revealed that he was suffering from Lyme disease. He also wrapped up his To Your Long Forget Tomorrow world work, and in that post, he revealed that he was battling with some health issues and was diagnosed with Lyme disease.
Timberlake wrote, "If you've experienced this disease or know someone who has, then you're aware: living with this can be relentlessly debilitating, both mentally and physically". He also shared how completely unexpected the diagnosis was and how he had been "shocked" after hearing the news.
"When I first got the diagnosis, I was shocked for sure. But, at least I could understand why I would be onstage and in a massive amount of nerve pain or, just feeling crazy fatigue or sickness".

For him, this diagnosis came in the middle of his concept, and he had only two options: And further dig into the matter, saying, "I was faced with a personal decision. Stop touring? Or, keep going and figure it out. I decided the joy that performing brings me far outweighs the fleeting stress my body was feeling. I'm so glad I kept going".
He also shared that he worked on his mental tenacity and was able to pull through and see the tour to fruition. He added in his passage, "I now have so many special moments with all of you that I will never forget. I was reluctant to talk about this because I was always raised to keep something like this to myself. But I am trying to be more transparent about my struggles so that they aren't misinterpreted".

You need to spray your clothes with permethrin, an insect repellent that contains a chemical called DEET.
You need to minimise skin exposure
Light coloured clothing also makes it easier to detect ticks.
Dry your clothes properly in order to get rid of them.
