Juhu Rave party raid - what happens to the 44 who tested positive?

The recent rave party raid in Juhu exposed how eminent people from the film fraternity and media were using drugs.

44 people have tested positive till now including Rocky S (fashion designer), Apoorva Agnihotri (Film and TV actor of Pardes and Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi fame), son of former cricketer Bishan Singh Bedi, DJs and other actors. The party was raided at the Oakwood Premier Hotel at the posh Juhu locality of suburban Mumbai.

According to the police, the people tested positive will be arrested but could be granted bail aftre that since they didn't possess sizeable quantities of the drugs. The accused will have to apply for drug rehab at a Govt Hospital according to the Narcotic Drugsand Psychotropic Substances Act. However, they can apply to the court for exemption from further action too.
