Jennifer Aniston reveals her love for pasta and other fitness secrets

Jennifer Aniston has come a long way and the talk of the town is that she may get an Oscar nomination for her splendid performance in 'Cake'. She is the cover girl of InStyle magazine's Feb issue and the Friends actor reveals some of her diet and fitness secrets in an interview. At 45, Jen sure looks ravishing and it is her regular workout routine comprising yoga and jogging that help her maintain a svelte figure.

Though actors are known to give up eating their favourite foods in order to look toned all the time, Jennifer does not believe in depriving herself of what she likes. Her love for pasta is well-known and she eats it often. It is one thing she just can't give up. Besides pasta, she also likes to eat healthy carbs and in order to burn it all off, she works out more.

Jennifer has always looked fit in her movies and in We're the Millers, she looked quite convincing as a stripper. Here's how she worked out hard to portray this character. In real life too she follows a healthy lifestyle and does not eat junk food. But for her character in Cake, the actress went easy with her exercise routine as she had to gain weight.
