Washington, Dec 15: Kourtney Kardashian and her long time partner Scott Disick have welcomed their baby boy on older son Mason's fifth birthday. A source revealed that the family is freaking out with joy, E! Online reported.

The American TV personality's third pregnancy was chronicled on camera and she disclosed about her pregnancy to her boyfriend in same dramatic way just like her first and second pregnancies. The 35-year-old actress also had a stunning photo shoot for DuJour magazine in which she bared it all and flaunted her baby bump.
