We absolutely loved Sunny Leone in the recently released trailer of Ek Paheli Leela. Just like in her previous films, Leone appears extremely sizzling hot in this trailer too. Here is an exclusive interview with us where she reveals her beauty and fitness secrets.

The actress plays a village beauty in the film, and had to lose weight for the role. The actress also had to learn some folk dances which she did not know before. While shooting for the film, producer Ahmed Khan had told Mumbai Mirror, Besides the weight, a lot of which she has already lost, we are also training Sunny in basic folk and traditional Bollywood dance a craft which she hasn t practised before.

Sunny Leone s husband Daniel Weber is a gym trainer which makes her a gym freak too. She trains 2-3 times a week in the gym and practices yoga and pilates while travelling. She also places a lot of emphasis on cardio and does cardio exercises for as long as 45 minutes. As far as diet is concerned, Sunny includes milk and vegetables in her meals and stays away from junk food.

I work out as much as I can. With the schedule that I have, it's very, very hard to maintain a routine. But when I can't work out, I try to eat very healthy - lots of vegetables, drinking my milk every day, she was quoted as saying by Men s Fitness.

Leone also believes in the power of spinning and recommends it for every woman. Spinning has given me maximum results; it s not your regular stationary bike, but an actual spin bike. For any woman who wants to get rid of cellulite, it s the best thing ever to keep your legs, which are my problem areas, and butt in shape. , she told Health & Nutrition.
