Is a stranger trying to strike a conversation or passing remarks harassment? Or is depriving women of their rights and opportunity to voice their opinion harassment? Do you consider a brawl or argument on the road, where both the man and woman are involved in the conflict equally harassment? It's time you stop and think what the word actually means.
Are women suffering harassment silently? Harassment could be mental or physical, but it certainly has nothing to do with someone accidentally hitting you with a car or an acquaintance not leaving you alone at a party. Women need to draw a line and understand the gravity of the issue. If you start terming every conflict with a man as harassment, it will do more damage than good.
