The poster of the much-awaited film Action Jackson starring Ajay Devgn is out. Directed by Prabhudeva, Ajay is seen matching his steps with co-star Sonakshi Sinha and doing some sword fighting sequences in the movie. His chiseled body in the poster has garnered enough interest where he is seen flaunting his famous Lord Shiva tattoo and a ripped body. The actor who beefed up for Singham Returns shed 17 kilos for the movie. This is because the director wanted him to look ripped for the sword fighting sequences and there are a lot of bare-bodied shots as well of Ajay in the film.

It is evident from his look that he has undergone rigorous physical training for the movie. It took him two months to get in shape for this movie. He also followed a strict diet. His diet mostly consisted of egg whites, boiled vegetables and chicken.

Here's an excerpt from an earlier interview we did with his trainer Prashant Sawant who gave us all the dope on what he does for fitness.

Since when are you training Ajay?

I have been training Ajay since 2011.

What kind of body does Ajay have? Does he lose weight easily or gain easily?

Ajay has a lean body and a broad torso and his body type is mesomorph. The good thing is, he gains and loses weight at a decent pace which means he can experiment with different looks easily.

Ajay is 45 and is one of the fittest actors today. How does he maintain his physique at this age?

He's a fitness enthusiast and likes to work out regularly and eat the right type of food.

Any tip you'd like to share with his fans who want a body like his?

Eat right, workout with a professional trainer and discipline yourself towards fitness.
