Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in a graphic novel this year. Titled 'Atharva - The Origin', it is an adaptation of a novel by Ramesh Tamilmani. Though the trailer shows only his face where he is wearing a skull-shaped head gear, the poster reveals his full avatar where SRK is bare-chested, showing off his 6-pack abs.

Shah Rukh Khan depicts the role of a king who has to fight creatures from the earth on his way to claiming his throne. The trailer is an animated version and shows SRK in a larger than life role. Though it is animated, they have retained his abs which he has in real life too. SRK had taken everyone by surprise when he had revealed his 10-pack abs for 'Happy New Year'.

Shah Rukh's workout consists a mix of cardio and weight training. He starts off with 30-60 minutes of cardio exercises such as running, cycling, or aerobics and weight trains working on his abs four times a week.

According to his fitness trainer, his BMR is very high and he can work out continuously for over an hour without stopping. Shah Rukh also does not question the trainer, simply follows whatever workout he dishes out for him. He makes sure he achieves his physical targets without fail.
