Rekha believes in maintaining a well-balanced and healthy diet to stay beautiful. She avoids any kind of junk, fried, unhealthy and overcooked food. She is a vegetarian and eats a lot of fruits like pomegranates and relies on nuts like pistachio and walnuts for her skin and hair.
Skincare routine
