This was a movie ahead of its time and Aamir went back to college even at 36, to look the part in every way. His physique and frame convinced us of his 'cool dude' avatar with spiked hair and that trendsetting goatee. Here is how you can sport the hairstyle with a textured crop haircut:

  • Use some wax-based gel and pull the hair in the crown area, backwards.
  • Style the hair upwards and ruffle it in random sections to give it a mohawk yet messy look.

Not too muscular and not too lanky, Aamir was seen playing a youthful and enthusiastic teacher. The best part of his appearance was not over the top cool, it was just rightly sophisticated. Besides the highlight of this look was the short crop with the faux-hawk which looked edgy and stylish. Here is how you could make this look yours too:

  • Ensure your hair is damp, as you begin with some styling cream.
  • For the faux-hawk, direct your hair around the crown-portion upwards creating a mounted-up look.
  • As for the sides, you could ruffle up the the sides and the hair at the back for a natural look.
  • Once done, use some hairspray to set the hairstyle for long hours. Here is how you can sport some more trending hairstyles.

Ghajini

Aamir got his abs and muscular form in place to carry off aggressive stunts in this movie. Aamir trained for a good 13 months for those 6-pack abs for 3 hours daily. In this role, we saw him sporting a buzz cut for the second half of the movie. Shahid Kapoor sported a similar hairstyle in Haider. Here is the kind of diet that would work best for this kind of fitness regime:

  • Eat smaller meals and eat every 2 hours.
  • Protein intake is a must for building muscle. Non-vegetarians can have white meat like chicken, fish, eggs, etc while vegetarians can have cottage cheese, soya, sprouts, milk, curd, etc. One can even have protein shakes if needed.
  • For building up those muscles perform progressive resistance exercises and so protein serves as a raw material to build muscle but this protein intake has to be pulled in or absorbed into the muscles through exercise.
  • Water intake should not be overlooked as dehydration can make your workout less effective and in extreme situations, can harm your health.
  • Carbohydrate is the most important source for any kind of workout. Carbs provide the energy needed for muscle contractions. Here are some bollywood fitness transformations you shouldn't miss.
