Former American president George H. W. Bush, 90, has been hospitalized at a Houston hospital as a precautionary measure after experiencing shortness of breath and will kept under observation. Bush has experienced respiratory problems before and was admitted to the same hospital for nearly two months and discharged in January 2013 after treating for bronchitis and other health issues. Eric Schultz, spokesman, white house released a statement saying President Obama was informed of Bush s hospitalization and the president and the First Lady extend their good wishes to the former President and his entire family for the holiday season. Bush also suffers a form of Parkinson s diseases which has compelled him to use of motorized scooter or a wheel chair for Mobility. Bush last appeared, seated in a wheel chair, at an event in November at Texas A&M University. He also appeared as a coin toss captain for a game which was played to honour the US armed forces.
