To prevent pregnancy in women below 18 and over an app has been designed to track fertility. This is the first ever pregnancy app and it has been approved as a contraceptive by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The Natural Cycles app designed to fast-track approval for new low-to-moderate-risk devices. It was approved as part of the agency's new Digital Health Innovation Action Plan. To use the pregnancy app a woman must take her temperature with a basal body thermometer every morning. A red light would warn if there is a risk of pregnancy and to use
