Sharda Sinha Death News: Bihar's nightingale, and noted folk singer Sharda Sinha breathed her last on Tuesday, at 9.20 pm. She died due to refractory shock as a result of septicemia.
The renowned singer was admitted to Delhi's All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and has been undergoing treatment at the hospital's oncology department since October 25. As per reports, Ms Sinha has been suffering from multiple myeloma since 2017 - a form of cancer that affects the bone marrow. Ms Sinha was on a ventilator and died of refractory shock as a result of septicemia.
