When you are suffering from a lifestyle disease like diabetes you have to be extra careful while travelling or going out. You cannot eat the way you want and have fun and medicine box and insulin jabs are your travel partner. But from now on whenever you are planning a trip, keep these tips in mind.

Before leaving for the trip, locate the nearest hospital and a pharmacy near your destination.
Carry a list of medicines and insurance cards and keep them handy so that you can access them easily in case of an emergency.
