As soon as you realize that the skin is a little too red, take an anti-inflammatory pill like ibuprofen or aspirin. If you want to go natural, make a cool compress by soaking in skim milk, egg whites or green tea. Proteins from milk and egg white calm the burn while green tea reduces the inflammation.
