With the failure of the government to curb the spread of swine flu and also make affordable treatment available to common man the Delhi High Court sought response from the centre and Delhi government on the steps taken to deal with swine flu. A PIL filed through advocate Gaurav Bahl sought directions to make cost effective and affordable tests available to public. A notice was issued to the union health minister city's health ministry civic bodies and the lieutenant governor by the bench of Chief Justice G. Rohini and Justice R.S. Endlaw.
