The total number of dengue cases in the national capital crossed 1000 on Wednesday with 34 fresh cases of the vector-borne disease reported. The total number of cases now stands at 1019 official data said. The dengue virus has claimed two lives in the capital this year. Of the 34 new cases 13 were reported from areas in North Delhi Municipal Corporation 10 from South Delhi and nine from East.
