The singing sensation Britney Spears will be seen in her all transformed and fit physique, on the cover page of the magazine, Women's Health for their brand new edition in 2015. Britney is to be seen sporting a revealing bikini for the cover page. The 'Criminal' singer is clearly said to be in the fittest phase of her life and has got on to a strict and disciplined fitness regime.

Post pregnancy, Britney (33), did have to get back in shape but even 5 years later she ensures her 'big-hips' are worked on and keeps at it. She uses dance as her cardio workout and gives emphasis to the first 20 minutes with high intensity cardio like running. This is then followed with body-weight exercises like push-ups, squats, sit-ups and the much needed stretches. She completes this fitness regime with a healthy diet plan. Here is how to lose all that weight after pregnancy.

Post pregnancy diet and fitness

  • Ensure that your workout and exercising regime is in place, wait for 6 weeks after a normal birth and 8 weeks after a C-section till you go all out exercising.
  • Begin with some modified push-ups at home (with knees on the ground) and go for regular walks in a near by park to start off.
  • Low-impact exercises like swimming or yoga could prove beneficial. The point is that you lose fat and not muscle. Till your body gets used to this regime, give at least 10 minutes daily and then once your body is used to it, atleast 30 minutes regularly.
  • Your diet plays a crucial role too. Do not skip breakfast in the morning and set a time for it.
  • Ensure you get nutrition from at least 5 meals a day and these should include vegetables and fruits.
  • Fibre rich foods like oats, beans, lentils, grains and seeds are a must. Here is how you can get rid of the baby fat, post pregnancy.
