It's never easy waking up early after long hours of work the previous night. Often, the hectic day leaves us no time for regular exercising. However, the concept of 'breakfast raving' could simply change this monotony for you. Conceptualised as the 'Morning Gloryville' by Smantha Moyo (28), in London, it is now taking place in 14 cities all over the world. Countries like Sydney, San Francisco, Brighton, and now Bengaluru have witnessed its working professionals get into the 'breakfast rave' just before their working hours. The first event took place in a London warehouse. In Bengaluru, young professionals go to the Geoffrey's Lawns in Royal Orchid Hotel.

This rave is a breakthrough for professionals who want to begin their day charged up in a healthy manner. The music in such an atmosphere is with loud, electronic beats such that it's a great trade for a wake-up alarm. This sort of an event though called a 'rave party' welcomes no drugs, alcohol or smoking. In fact, there is lots of music, dancing, exercising and yoga with a warm and energising cup of coffee with some great breakfast.

This concept is a hit among lawyers, bankers nurses and professionals who not only have a physically challenging as well as a mentally taxing day. The age group that frequents such an event varies anywhere between 30s-4os. This event focuses on doing away with stress and looking forward to a usual day with a positive mind and healthy body.
