Brad Pitt’s Fury, a movie on World War II, is all set for a grand release in India on 31st October, 2014. Directed by David Ayer, the film is about a bunch of American soldiers who struggle hard to defend their territory and strike down the core of Nazi regime. To portray the character of a US army sergeant in the movie, Pitt  had to make sure that he looked tough physically. Here’s how he did it. The 50-year-old repeatedly worked out for two and half hours every day to achieve the  lean and muscular look for his film. He, in fact, started  working out 12 weeks prior to the filming to sculpt his body. His workout regime was a mix of compound and isolation exercises. He followed a five-day workout routine where each day he paid attention to a  particular muscle group. Pitt ensured that he did medium to high repetition of every exercise to build his stamina. He also did an intense cardio for one hour every day for his endurance. Diet

Brad Pitt went through a careful structuring of diet  to improve his built. He had seven small meals a day and stuck to a low-carb diet. He boosted his protein intake and ate chicken, turkey, lean beef and leafy greens such as spinach and broccoli. The actor also strictly avoided his favourite beverage beer, to maintain his chiseled physique.
