Oct 8th is World Sight Day

Today, I launched my first podcast series for the visually impaired. The show is called, Body-Mind-Soul and I will be podcasting every two weeks. So what makes this podcast really interesting is that I have done it in two parts. In the first past, I shared my experience of interviewing Virali Modi-the runner-up of Miss Wheelchair India contest, and in the second part I have given out a quick fitness tip. You must have read Virali's story on our website. I am highly inspired by her and hence I thought I should share her story with my listeners. In the second part of the podcast I have spoken about Vajarasana and why and how you should practise it. It was my first podcast and I had a lot of fun recording it. I hope you guys like it too.
