Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor, who was hospitalised at Lilavati hospital with malaria, has been discharged from the hospital. While a source close to Kapoor's family has mentioned that he is absolutely fine now, there seems to another trouble awaiting him at home.
As reported by DNA, a team of BMC officials from the pesticide department inspected the actor's residence in Pali Hill and found breeding spots of Aedes mosquito that spreads dengue. According to reports BMC will be sending him notice on the grounds of negligence. DNA quoted BMC health director, Dr Suhasini Nagda, 'We will issue notice to Rishi Kapoor, asking why criminal action should not be initiated against him,' in a statement to Mumbai Mirror.

Change in weather: The Aedes aegypti mosquitoe that are responsible to spread dengue require a humid weather to flourish. Temperature between 18 and 40 degree is conducive for them to breed, which is why we are not likely to see a decline in cases until the temperature drops a bit. According to BMC officials, the trend will continue till mid-November.
Lack of cleanliness: More than seasonal changes, the problem has become bigger this time due to the lack of sanitation. Open drainage system, untamed potted plants, construction sites with water pools are breeding ground for Aedes aegypti mosquitoes that transmit the virus.
