How to do a handstand push-up
Step 1: With your back to the wall, bend at the waist and place both hands on the floor. Kick yourself up against the wall with your arms straight so that your body is upside down and your arms and legs are fully extended. Keep your body straight, and ask a spotter to hold you. Also make sure you’re facing the wall and not looking down. This is your starting position.
Step 2: Lower yourself slowly to the ground while inhaling until your head almost touches the ground, and then push yourself up slowly as you exhale.
Step 3: Make sure your elbows are locked during the exercise and always have someone helping you out.
