Hrithik Roshan has always been one of the fittest men in the industry but he seems to have taken his sculpted physique to the next level ever since he hooked up with master trainer Kris Gethin and Marika Johansson. Pre-Krrish3, he had suffered a bad back injury had been smoking a lot and eating junk food. That's when he read a book titled TheBodybuilding.com Guide to Your Best by Kris Gethin and he was hooked. He hired Kris to be his personal trainer who got him in shape using the Dramatic Transformation Principle or DTP, a 12-week program to get in shape.
In a new edition of the book which has Hrithik's story, he wrote: 'I look at myself and I am amazed that something like this is possible. It was a twelve-week transformation, but we completed it in ten weeks. 'I'm just amazed at the possibilities of the human body and how easy it was. There was no sacrifice. Everything just flowed. I was loving my meals. They were nutritious as well as tasty. I don't think I can go back to 'normal' (if I can say 'normal') kinds of food again, where it's just about taste and not about nutrition.'
