ARIES

Over the weekend, you may be able to find the right medication for old nagging health problems. However, the effect of this medication will be experienced only gradually, and not overnight, so you are advised to persist with it and not leave it half-way through. Otherwise, on the whole this week promises to keep you in good health, and fit to do any task that fate may throw at you.

TAURUS

If you are suffering from a diabetic condition, you need to be careful about your food intake and medicine. Do not neglect them and try to improve your lifestyle by inculcating more self-discipline. There is a possibility of getting injured accidentally, so take care while driving, climbing up or down the stairs, and while using sharp instruments in the kitchen.

GEMINI

On the health front, minor ailments are likely to bother you for most of this week. Your digestive system may be prone to acidity, and the condition needs urgent attention and proper medication. Problems related to the respiratory system, if any, should also be attended to on a priority basis. For general well-being, try to do yoga and meditation.

CANCER

For some of you, a health issue which was cured long ago, is likely to come back to haunt you. However, the positive influence of Jupiter over the 6th House is likely to help you find the right medication to cure it once and for all. Others are likely to remain in good health. However, Ganesha recommends yoga and meditation to remain in peak health.

LEO

As usual, ones with an old health issue are likely to be worried a lot this week. It will take some time before you are out of it. Those of you who are suffering from diabetic conditions, or hypertension, need to be more careful about their food intake and also take prescribed medicines regularly. Others are likely to enjoy good general health.

VIRGO

Positive vibes of Jupiter are likely to work well for you in maintaining good health this week. No serious health issues will bother you now. However, this does not mean that you can take good health for granted, but you shall have to follow a good lifestyle and do some form of exercise, such as yoga or pranayam, to keep stress and fatigue at bay.

If you are suffering from a long-term issue, such as diabetes, hyper-tension or joint pains, this week you are likely to get great relief from the ailments. Others, too, are likely to enjoy good health. You must, however, not take things for granted, and especially keep your distance from addictions or consuming junk food items for snacks.

SCORPIO

Ones who are prey to hypertension or diabetic conditions, need to be more careful than usual this week. Have a thorough medical check-up for monitoring the issue. Others are likely to enjoy good general health. Youngsters will greatly benefit, both mentally and physically, by playing some outdoor game which requires a lot of stamina, such as football or basketball.

SAGGITARIUS

Complaints related to the respiratory system need to be treated urgently. Ones having pain in joints may experience unbearable pain at times, so make sure that you do not neglect even a single dose of the medications you are on, and if necessary get another medical check-up done. Others are likely to enjoy good health.

CAPRICORN

Things may not be too smooth on the health front. Some viral infection is likely to catch up with you. You will have to consult a specialist to get the right treatment. Besides, there is a chance of getting injured unexpectedly this week, so take care while driving a vehicle, or while crossing the road, or while using a sharp instrument such as a needle or a kitchen knife.

AQUARIUS

Have a nutritious diet, such as seasonal fruits and vegetables to strengthen your immunity. And if you wish to build your strength and stamina, you would do well to start going to the gym.

No new health issue is likely to bother you this week. However, ones with some old health issue need to be watchful by getting a thorough medical check-up done. Those who are suffering from issues such as diabetes and high blood pressure need to take very good care to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Also, have a healthy diet and give up addictions, if any.
