Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, was discharged from AIIMS today. After undergoing a gastric bypass at Max Hospital he was discharged on September 10. Soon after, he developed a respiratory infection for which he was shifted to AIIMS isolation facility with an aim to get rest and prevent recurring infection.
He was likely to get discharged last Wednesday but had to stay back in the hospital for complete recovery. After getting discharged from AIIMS he straight away to his new official residence on Krishna Menon Marg in New Delhi.
