Anunay Sood was a popular Dubai-based travel influencer and photographer who passed away at 32 in Los Angeles while attending a luxury car event.
His death was confirmed by his family in a statement released on a social media platform on November 6, 2025. The family statement read, "It is with deep sadness that we share the news of our beloved Anunay Sood's passing. We kindly ask for your understanding and privacy as we navigate this difficult time.
"We humbly request you to avoid gathering crowds near personal property. Please keep his family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers. May his soul rest in peace."
Anunay Sood's body was reportedly found in the street on South Las Vegas Boulevard on November 4, 2025. The 32-year-old's body was flown from Las Vegas to Noida on November 10, where his loved ones finally got to offer their last respects.
As of now, there is no confirmation on Anunay Sood's cause of death but internet users are speculating that the travel influencer may have died due to a heart attack.
Before the repatriation of his body from Las Vegas, officials reportedly helped the deceased's family to complete the required international documentation and post-mortem procedures. As of November 12, the family has requested everyone to avoid spreading unverified news about Anunay Sood's cause of death, as the autopsy report is still awaited.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) while speaking to a leading media outlet about the demise of the travel influencer in Las Vegas, said that the police officials were alerted to the death in the 3100 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard. One official told the media, "On November 4, 2025, LVMPD responded to a dead body located in the 3100 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard. Officers assisted the coroner and took a non-criminal/medical report."
Anunay Sood had 14 lakh followers on Instagram and over 3 lakh subscribers on his YouTube channel. The travel influencer and photographer was known for his breathtaking photography skills and the travel guidance he provides on his social media platforms for travelling across the globe.
The tragic demise of a Dubai-based travel influencer has left a void for all those who followed his adventures on social media platforms. Although his cause of death is yet to be officially announced, Anunay Sood's body returned to his motherland, marks the final chapter for his grieving family.
Jaipur-based actress Shivani Parihar, rumoured girlfriend of late Anunay Sood, also penned an emotional tribute to the travel influencer on Instagram. She wrote, "I still can't believe you're gone. My heart feels heavy, and everything around me just feels empty. You were my person, my safe place, my life, my everything. I don't even know how to process this; it doesn't feel real. Every little thing reminds me of you, your laugh, your voice, your messages, everything."
"I don't know how to move forward without you. One moment we were planning our forever, and now I'm here trying to understand how to live without you. I'll love you for the rest of my life, even if you're not here anymore. You'll always be a part of me. I love you so much. Rip. Hope to meet you super soon," she added.
