Aamir Khan flaunts abs during ‘PK’ shoot

After Hrithik Roshan in Bang Bang and Shah Rukh Khan in Happy New Year, another actor is grabbing eyeballs by flaunting his abs. Aamir Khan who stunned us all with his naked act in the first PK poster

Aamir KhanAfter Hrithik Roshan in Bang Bang and Shah Rukh Khan in Happy New Year, another actor is grabbing eyeballs by flaunting his abs. Aamir Khan who stunned us all with his naked act in the first PK poster, was seen showing off a toned body while taking a dip in Nashik’s Godavari River. The actor who is known to go great lengths to make sure he looks the part, is playing an alien in the film and is making sure he looks as convincing as possible. Even for his previous film Dhoom 3, the actor underwent special training and workout regimen to play a gymnast. Here’s what he did:

The Dhoom 3 diet

The actor apparently ate small meals throughout the day and drank at least 4 litres of water every day.  Here’s a look at his diet:

Breakfast: Fruits, egg whites, muesli and green tea

Midday: Fruit or veggie juice

Lunch:  Dal, roti, subzi and curd

Evening snack: Tea/cheese cubes/rusk

Dinner: Boiled vegetables/grilled chicken or fish

According to media reports, the actor had to bring his weight down to 60 kg with just 10% body fat! To put this in context, the actor weighed 73 kg Ghajini where he packed on some serious muscle. A source told Mid-Day, ‘To play a gymnast, your body has to very flexible and being lighter always helps. Aamir will undergo a lot of functional training and free hand exercises for the same.’
