Keeping in mind the increasing need of healthcare solutions in areas where it is not easily available, software consultant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Friday said it has unveiled a cloud-based patient care solution to boost the use of technology in healthcare in Assam. The solution provides integration of various workflows like screening, surgery and follow-up with the real-time information to users.
'Hosted on the cloud using the latest technologies, the Patient Care System provides an updated, real-time, consolidated view of all the patients treated and various interventions done by teams', the company said in a statement. 'The community is one of the pillars of our business in TCS. As a part of our sustainability efforts we are happy to leverage our core competencies,' the company's global HR head Ajoyendra Mukherjee said in a statement.
