21-Year Old Man Dies of Heart Attack In Madhya Pradesh While Chanting Ramdhun in Temple
Heart Attack Death: In yet another heartbreaking incident, a 21-year-old man in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, tragically died after suffering a massive heart attack while chanting "Ramdhun" in a temple. According to the reports, the young man, identified as Pawan Rajak, was a second-year BA student. Rajak was actively preparing for army and police recruitment and was on a strict workout journey. "He used to indulge in rigorous cardio and strength exercises daily in the morning and evening," a source told the media.
Speaking to the media, the source also informed that on Sunday, he visited the temple with his friend Abhishek Vesh, as part of his regular evening prayers. While chanting Ramdhun, he suddenly collapsed. Despite being rushed to the hospital, doctors declared him dead, confirming a heart attack as the cause.
Pawan was reportedly in good health, making his sudden death shocking to his family and friends. His family is devastated, questioning how such a fit individual could suffer a fatal heart attack. The incident adds to growing concerns about the increasing number of sudden heart attacks among seemingly healthy young individuals.
A heart attack (myocardial infarction) occurs when blood flow to a part of the heart is blocked, usually by a blood clot or buildup of plaque in the coronary arteries. This blockage deprives the heart muscle of oxygen, causing damage or death to the affected tissue.

Can Exercise Trigger a Heart Attack? Why Even Fit People Are at Risk
A healthy heart requires two things -- an active lifestyle, and a healthy living -- Which means exercising is important for the heart to keep beating normally. "Exercise is generally good for heart health, but in rare cases, it can trigger a heart attack, especially in those with underlying heart conditions. Also, when one goes overboard with the routine, doesn't sleep properly, or eats properly, the triggers can put excessive strain on the heart. People with high blood pressure, diabetes, or undiagnosed coronary artery disease are at higher risk."
