Staying active doesn't have to put your health at risk. Whether you like to stretch, do yoga, or dance, some apps and platforms can help you stay active and fit.
Optimize your home and workspace: While staying home during summer, it is essential to keep calm. A duct booster fan can also be used to cool air. To stop sunlight from entering your home and workspace, close the blinds and drape all windows facing direct sunlight. Position your workstation away from direct sunlight. Heat-reducing window film at home is an additional option to help you maintain the temperature.
