Shock therapy can zap your ED woes away: A man's penis is one of the most sensitive areas in his body, and sending shock waves up the 'family jewels' might not be the best idea in your mind. But if you suffer from ED, it might actually be a good idea. As per scientists a new device that releases thousands of energy waves may help increase blood flow to the penis, in turn beating erectile dysfunction. The painless technique is similar to the one used to zap kidney stones and help create new blood vessels. This technique uses a technology called extracorporeal shockwave therapy and uses 10 per cent of the power a kidney stone machine uses. The device is based on the theory that shockwaves stimulate blood flow and therefore help beat ED.
