Jaslok Hospital and Research Centre was founded in the 1970s by philanthropist Seth Lokoomal Chanra. His mission and vision was later translated by Dr Shantilal J. Mehta a visionary in the field of medicine. The name of the hospital was derived from the name of Mr Seth Lokoomal Chanra's wife Smt. Insurance/TPA : Jaslok Hospital has a number of free and paid facilities. If you wish to avail of any of these options you can visit their billing desk for more information. In case you are using your health insurance policy or corporate card to pay for your hospital visit, please carry a letter of authority from your corporate or insurance provider to avail of their facilities.
