Wheatgrass juice: Get a bunch of raw wheatgrass, with a knife cut its roots and put them on a strainer. Next, wash them with lukewarm water to get rid of dirt, insect and mould. Grind the grass, add half a cup of water and mix at high speed for two minutes. Strain and collect the juice in a clean glass, squeeze half a lemon to it with a dash of salt and stir well.
