pitta dosha Hi, my name is Sunil and I am suffering from pitta prakruti. I would like to know what are the ideal timings for me to eat food and what all should I eat?

According to expert dietitian Neha Chandna, it is recommended that you eat small meals every 2-3 hours so that your acid levels don't increase. Try and eat a lot of alkaline foods like fruits, vegetables and grains. Avoid eating too much red meat, and remember to drink plenty of water.

Yogi Cameron Alborzian who has studied Ayurveda at the Arsha Yoga Vidya Peetam Trust under the guidance of Sri Vasudevan, explains how one can balance their dosha with the right foods, in his book 'The One Plan'. Here is an excerpt related specifically to pitta dosha.
