If you are trying to lose weight, walking for 20-minutes half an hour before dinner may help you drop those kilos. It is an excellent way to rev up your metabolism and burn off those extra calories. It is also important to walk in the right manner with the correct posture. Moving your arms in the right manner and keeping your chin parallel to the ground is extremely important.
