Weight Loss Tip #73 - Cut down on sodium-rich foods
Avoid a sodium rich diet: Eat a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, probiotics, grains and legumes as it works best to control your blood pressure levels. However, it is most important to limit your salt intake as excess salt retains water in the body increasing your blood pressure.
