However, make sure you don't make carrots unhealthy by cooking it in an unhealthy manner. If you're planning to cook carrots, then roast or steam them in order to avoid adding extra fats and calories. Carrots can be added to your evening soups, or can also be used as an accompaniment to your lunch.
