There is enough stress on the fact that exercising portion control is absolutely necessary if you have to lose weight. Eating the right portions of food helps you balance your calorie intake better and keeps you on track of eating right. Using smaller plates so that you don t take huge portions of food is another trick that is tried and tested.

If you are a working professional and carry lunch from home, that s great because you are not eating out. However, our traditional lunch boxes do not help you control the portion of food you are eating. So if carrying food is a regular thing, then invest in portion control lunch boxes.
