We all look for motivation and appreciation in everything we do. So when it comes to staying fit or losing weight, any kind of external motivation works wonders. Now you can t go asking people to keep compliment you for staying fit and you cannot announce each fitness challenge you complete. However, what you can do is help yourself. You can also follow our daily fitness tips that guide you about the type of exercises you can do and healthy recipes so that you eat right.

Want to keep going and challenging yourself further each day? Make an achievement board in your own house. You can buy a corkboard or make one with some basic supplies at home. Display it at a place that you and everyone else can see. This achievement board will act like a visual stimulation. Just like motivational videos, wall posters of your favourite fitness celebrities and popular quotes motivate you, this board will invoke positive thoughts and motivate you to push harder.
