You can get your daily intake of this vitamin from foods like sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, pistachios, avocados, almonds, nuts, tofu, and spinach. These are some of the top sources of vitamin E.
How vitamin E helps us
Improves immunity levels: Due to its high content of antioxidants, vitamin E protects us from deadly diseases like cancer, heart disease, etc and also help improve our immunity levels. Repairs cells and muscles: Vitamin E helps eliminate destructive by-products from the body. Being lipid-soluble, it can insert itself into our membrane to prevent free radicals from attacking. Prevents memory loss: Often, old age brings with it conditions like memory loss but consuming foods rich in vitamin E can help take care of this issue.
