Here's the secret to Bipasha's sexy, toned back!

Are you trying to get rid of that unsightly bulge on your back? No single exercise will make your back bulge disappear! Decreasing your overall fat percentage is the key. This move, combined with other weight loss exercises, can be excellent to tone your upper back and the area around your shoulders. It will target the key muscles of your back -- deltoids, lats and obliques. The move will also strengthen your spine and core, improving your overall posture.

You know that planks can be the ideal exercise for your core, but you can make it a perfect exercise for your back too. Here s how you can perform this variation of plank:

  • Lie down on your stomach.
  • Now raise your body and get into a plank position. Use your palms instead of your forearms to support your weight. Also, make sure that your arms are below your shoulders and bent. Keep your back straight while you are in the regular push-up plank position.
  • Rise on your toes and get back to the push-up plank position. The rocking in this plank will help tone your back.
  • Complete three sets of 15-20 rocking planks.
