If you are looking for ways to build those triceps, this is all the inspiration you need! Bring a dumbbell behind you and stretch it over your head. Bring the weight down your back slowly, bending your elbows to lower it until it reaches the centre of your back. Then, while maintaining your shoulders down and your hips square, pull it back up.
