This asana is an extension of vajrasana and is also known as the reclining thunderbolt-diamond pose. Known for the fact that this asana helps relieve the symptoms of diabetes by stimulating the pancreas, suptavajra asana also helps improve the functioning of your kidneys, spleen, intestines and sexual organs.
Steps to do this asana:
Tip: Avoid doing this asana if you have any conditions affecting your hips or have a buildup of gas in your stomach, avoid doing this pose.
