Serves: 6-8 people
Ingredients
10 red onions, small, 9 peeled, washed and sliced
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 small piece ginger (adrak), chopped
6 black peppercorns
Salt to taste
2 tsp ghee
1/4 tsp lime juice
